Sliding fee discounts allow patients to pay variable rates for services, depending on household size and income. Hours:  Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.  Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday, 8:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
